About

Established in 1974

As stewards of the Gospel of Christ utilizing the blessing bestowed upon us, each Brother received is given the opportunity to “turn around” his life and meet the challenges of his past head-on, to forge a better future.

Through the guidance provided by Brother Benjamin and Sister Lavina, each brother that’s received is taught the necessary coping skills for addressing the decisions of the past.  These coping skills are designed to address: addiction, substance abuse, low self-esteem, self-acceptance, poor self-image, immorality, negative attitudes, emotional issues and spiritual issues.

With the Bible and the practice of its principles, Catholic Rainbow Outreach provides fellowship in recovery to establish the strength and freedom leading to a productive and happy life.

Our goal is to teach and to encourage a Brother to place God, first in his life. Our aim is to develop good work habits, to establish necessary boundaries essential for honest living through various seminars, group sessions, one-on-one counseling, conventions, mentorship and active participation in community volunteer work.

Catholic Rainbow Outreach practices the 12 Step Alcoholics Anonymous recovery program to gain a better understanding of substance abuse, the disease of addiction and to create a desire to stop addictive or compulsive behavior.

Mission

Our facility is a “full way” home. Currently, we have two homes available for use by men only. There are some who offer a “half-way” opportunity; we are “all the way” for Jesus as we believe halfway measures will not avail to full success

Vision

We believe in the total cure for the whole person. According to 1 Thessalonians 5:23, “. and the very God of peace sanctify you wholly and I pray God, your whole sprit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.”
